Whether you’re traveling alone or with a partner, as a group or a family, we have a spot for you. Rooms at THE SPOT range from dorms to tents and private rooms to pods for one or two, but they all pair unique design with everything a hostel-goer wants and needs—not to mention that remarkable Tel Aviv vibe.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and free WiFi. Every bed comes with its own lockable storage cabinet, USB and power outlets (EU), and bedside lamp.

What’s a hostel without a fully equipped kitchen and lots of people cooking and breaking bread together? THE SPOT’s is certainly no exception. With amazing produce available (nearby, too—at the permanent Port Market, Shuk HaNamal, and the farmers market that sets up shop outside its doors every Friday), you’d be missing out if you didn’t try making an Israeli salad or shakshuka or dig into some watermelon with Bulgarian feta cheese (don’t knock it until you try it!).
STAGE
Get to know Israeli artists and local bands playing originals or covers, watch a dance performance or standup show, get your mind working with an enriching lecture or workshop, and much more. Programming on our stage covers the whole range, and we’re constantly working to make your experience at THE SPOT and in Tel Aviv even better with exciting events.
CHILL ROOM
Settle in to watch a new Israeli or international film, an old classic, a special screening of a popular TV show or a high-intensity sporting event or game. Screenings change on a daily basis based on what’s going on, and they’re a great opportunity to take in some new culture or scream your lungs out for your favorite team.
BAR
Cheers to new friends and memories that last a lifetime (or not…)! Gather ‘round for good beats and Israeli beers (and spirits—have you tried arak?). We promise good drinks (non-alcoholic, too) and snacks at affordable prices in a setting that feels authentically Tel Avivian. Get your night started here, or come back and wrap it up with us. We already agreed that you’re not going to sleep, didn’t we?
COWORKING SPACE
Need to shoot out a few emails and get some work done? Bring your laptop to THE SPOT’s coworking space, which is equipped with desks, chairs, strong coffee, plenty of WiFi and the perfect atmosphere to get s&*% done so you can get back to your vacation. This space is open to guests as well as locals, so it’s a great place to network and connect with peers and potential partners, too.
PATIO
With our location and the Tel Aviv weather, how could we not have a great out door deck? Ours overlooks the gentle Yarkon River and lush green park that surrounds it. If you want to enjoy the sunset and the breeze with a view, the balcony is the place to do it. Grab a drink and some new friends or a book, and do Tel Aviv like a pro.

You know how in movies the best scenes always take place in the Laundromat? That’s because only the best moments and memories can come from a room scented with fresh laundry detergent and full of people with lots of time on their hands and nothing to do. You have to do laundry, don’t you? So do it in style in our laundry room equipped with plenty of coin-operated machines!

Packed with comfy couches and special nooks, THE SPOT’s lobby is where you’ll absorb tons of tips for Tel Aviv and travels throughout Israel from our helpful staff, handouts and information on display and other travelers. When is the reception open?
Our reception desk is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Feel free to come by anytime if you need information or assistance, or just to say hi!

What time can I check-in ? When do I need to check-out by?
Check-in time is from 15:00. If the room will be ready sooner, we will be happy to check you in before.
Check out is until 11 AM.
Before/After this time you are welcome to store luggage in our luggage room or in the lockers we have at your disposal. -
Can I store my luggage at the hostel?
Of course! We offer free luggage storage throughout your stay, as well as the day after you check out. You can also store valuables in our lockers that are available for guests’ use, on the first floor, on a first come first serve basis.

What is the best way to get to the Hostel? From the hostel to the airport?
From Ben Gurion Airport- you can take a taxi, train or bus – it takes about 35 minutes by taxi or a car.
Bus 445 connects the airport to the hostel. It leaves every hour and takes approximately 1 hour. The bus stop is a few minutes’ walk from us, at Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda bus stop. See schedule and route.If you take the train, you can get off the train at the Hashalom station and from there take bus 8 to Dizengoff/Ben Yehuda.
One thing to be aware of is the lack of public transit options over the sabbath (Friday evening to Saturday evening).

Where can I park my car?
Our building does not have designated parking spaces. There are two parking lots close to us: one privately owned, adjacent to the hostel and costing approx.. 60 nis per day, and a second, owned by the municipality and costing 25 nis per day, is 5 min walk to the hostel (over the foot-bridge). To access the former, simply put “The Spot hostel” into your navigation system for the latter you can write “West Reading Parking Lot”.

You can’t beat the price for what you’re getting. The decor of The Hostel Spot is a mix of contemporary, trendy, and artistic hipster vibes. The building is a large Williamsburg like wear house with a modern and edgy interior. The location is further north from central Tel Aviv where there are shops and a board walk right near by.
